DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate order, incorrect preset, or assets not as promised, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS 

Got Issues? Let us know within 14 days if something's wrong with your product.
Packing: Please send it back just the way you got it, in its original packaging.
Who Pays to Ship? If it's our mistake or the item's faulty, we've got the shipping cost. Otherwise, it's on you.
Getting Your Money Back: Once we get the item and check it, you'll either get a refund or a replacement, depending on the problem.
Reason for Return: Make sure to tell us why you're returning it. No reason might mean no refund.
Refund Path: Money will go back the same way you paid.
Label it Right: Write "RETURNED ITEM" on your package so things move smoothly.
